Southern Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão opened its first Las Vegas location on November 10, featuring a layout meant to court groups and meetings. The nine private and semiprivate spaces are flexible and can be arranged to hold groups from 10 to more than 150. Private dining rooms are equipped with projectors and screens. Overall, the restaurant comprises 14,000 square feet and has room for 400 seated guests.
The menu offers 15 different cuts of slow-roasted meats, carved tableside by authentic gaucho chefs. Also included are traditional southern Brazilian side dishes on a 30-plus-item salad and sides bar. Signature dishes include picanha, top sirloin seasoned with sea salt or garlic and roasted slowly, and a dessert called papaya cream, made with fresh papaya, vanilla ice cream, and Crème de Cassis liqueur.
With the holiday season coming up, these new and recently renovated bars, lounges, restaurants, private rooms, spas, and more—even a museum—in and around Las Vegas can accommodate corporate groups small and large for company holiday parties of every type.

The space offers views of the Red Rock Mountains and has a European-inspired courtyard. An upstairs dining room and terrace has a capacity of 100. The venue is currently under construction on an additional event space upstairs that will hold another 40. The restaurant is available for a complete buyout with a capacity of about 300.
